Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules for using RCDC Property Management’s website and online services, and what you can expect after sending us a request.

Effective and last updated: September 9, 2026

Important to know

A website submission is a request for follow-up. It does not reserve a property or equipment item, approve an application, create a tenancy, or guarantee a quotation.

These terms apply between you and [FULL LEGAL NAME OF RCDC ENTITY], doing business as RCDC Property Management (“RCDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Separate signed agreements, property rules, quotations, or rental terms may also apply and will control if they conflict with these website terms.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website, using an online feature, or submitting a request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use the website for a company, owner, tenant, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to act for them.

2. Website services

The website provides general information about RCDC, properties for lease or sale, equipment for rent, tenant services, payment channels, and ways to contact us. It may let you apply or inquire about a property, inquire about equipment, request a quota, or report a maintenance issue.

The website is an information and request channel. Unless RCDC expressly agrees otherwise in writing, website content and automated confirmations do not create a lease, sale, reservation, service engagement, agency relationship, or other binding transaction.

3. Listings and information

We aim to keep listing information current, but availability, prices, rates, dimensions, amenities, inclusions, deposits, locations, photographs, maps, and descriptions may change or contain errors. Images and maps may be illustrative, approximate, edited, or supplied by others.

A listing is not an offer or guarantee. Transaction terms remain subject to verification, inspection, screening, owner approval, documentation, payment, and a separate signed agreement where applicable. Independently verify information important to your decision before paying or entering an agreement.

4. Property applications and inquiries

Sending contact details expresses interest only. It does not hold a property, guarantee a viewing, establish priority, approve you as a tenant or buyer, or require RCDC or an owner to proceed. We may request more information and apply lawful screening, qualification, documentation, and approval requirements.

Provide accurate, current information. Do not send identity documents, financial records, health information, passwords, or other sensitive information through a basic inquiry form unless RCDC specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.

5. Equipment rental inquiries

An equipment inquiry is not a reservation. Dates, quantities, rates, deposits, delivery or collection, operator requirements, suitability, condition, and availability must be confirmed. A rental becomes binding only after the parties complete the required confirmation, payment, and separate rental documents.

You are responsible for confirming that equipment is suitable for the intended work and is used only by qualified people in accordance with manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, applicable law, and the rental terms. Website descriptions are not technical, engineering, or safety advice.

6. Tenant and maintenance services

The maintenance form is for routine property issues. It is not an emergency service and may not be monitored continuously. For fire, a suspected gas leak, active flooding near electricity, crime, immediate danger, or a medical emergency, contact emergency services first and follow applicable building procedures.

A reference number confirms receipt, not a diagnosis, appointment, response time, or completion date. We may contact you, an owner, building personnel, or a contractor to assess and address the request. Signed leases, house rules, official notices, and applicable law control if they differ from website guidance.

7. Payment-channel information

Verify all payment details before sending funds. Confirm the recipient name, account details, amount, purpose, and reference instructions through an official RCDC contact. To the extent permitted by law, RCDC is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect, outdated, impersonated, or unverified account.

Banks, wallets, and payment services impose their own terms, fees, timing, limits, and security checks. A third-party payment confirmation does not by itself prove that RCDC received cleared funds or that an obligation was fully settled.

8. Your responsibilities

When using the website, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information;
  • provide another person’s information only when authorized and legally permitted;
  • review submissions and promptly correct material errors;
  • keep administrator credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access;
  • use listings, documents, and contact details only for legitimate purposes; and
  • comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, leases, property rules, quotations, and separate agreements.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or harmful activity; impersonate another person; submit false requests; transmit malware; infringe another person’s rights; probe or bypass security controls; access private functions without authorization; systematically scrape content or personal information; or create excessive traffic or submissions through automated tools.

We may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, and report conduct to affected parties or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect the website, RCDC, or others.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its text, layout, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, software, and other content are owned by RCDC or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

RCDC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit its content without written permission, except where law expressly permits.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed maps, videos, social networks, payment services, and security tools operated by others. RCDC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not necessarily mean RCDC endorses the third party.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. Please review it before submitting personal information.

13. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features or content. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages, connectivity issues, and events outside our control may affect availability.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available.” RCDC disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, engineering, architectural, safety, or other professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCDC and its personnel, representatives, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on general website content, or third-party services, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, or rights protected by mandatory law. A separate signed agreement governs rights and remedies arising from the transaction it covers.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before formal proceedings, you and RCDC will make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion, unless urgent relief or law requires otherwise.

Subject to mandatory law, proceedings will be brought before the proper courts of [CITY / PROVINCE FOR AGREED VENUE], Philippines. Nothing here prevents a consumer from approaching an appropriate regulator or using a remedy that cannot be waived.

17. General terms

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without RCDC’s written consent.

These website terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about website use. They do not replace a signed lease, sale agreement, rental agreement, service contract, quotation, property rule, or other transaction-specific document.
